How we use it
We use your information solely to review your application, contact you as described above, and, if you're signed, to manage that working relationship. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that operate this form, our email systems, and our messaging channels (including WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta), who process it only on our behalf to help us communicate with you.
How long we keep it
If your application doesn't proceed, we retain your details for up to 12 months in case a suitable opportunity comes up, then delete them. If you're signed, we retain your information for as long as needed to manage the relationship and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw consent to being contacted by any or all of email, text, and WhatsApp. To do so, email us using the contact details in the footer below.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe and limit access to it to those who need it.
