The business side
of being seen.
TitSplit is a management agency for independent creators. We run the operations, strategy and growth work behind a handful of accounts we believe in — so the people on them can focus on the work itself.
We treat every creator we sign as a business owner — because that's exactly what they are.
TitSplit was founded on a simple observation: the creators doing the best work were spending most of their time on everything except the work — scheduling, messaging, pricing, platform admin, and the slow grind of finding the next audience.
We built an agency around removing that weight. Our team handles the operational and strategic side of an account — growth, content planning, community management and reporting — while the creator retains full ownership of their brand, their image, and their decisions.
TitSplit is almost 50% female owned, and that shapes how we run things. Looking after each creator we work with, and making sure everyone on our roster feels safe, comes before anything else — from how we vet clients and enforce boundaries in chat, to how quickly we act on harassment, impersonation or leaked content.
We keep our roster deliberately small. Every account gets a dedicated team, not a shared queue.
What managing
an account actually means.
Six functions, one point of contact. We plug in where you need us and stay out of the way where you don't.
Content strategy
Posting cadence, content mix and campaign planning built around what your audience actually responds to — reviewed monthly, not set once and forgotten.
Growth & acquisition
Cross-platform promotion, collaborations and paid acquisition, run and measured by a team that reports what's working — and what isn't.
Chat & community
Trained, briefed operators covering messaging around the clock, in your voice, with hard limits you set and we enforce.
Brand safety
Leak monitoring, DMCA takedowns and impersonation reporting, handled proactively rather than after something's already spread.
Analytics & reporting
A monthly report you can actually read — earnings, retention, subscriber behaviour, and where the next push should go.
Business admin
Contracts, invoicing and the operational paperwork of running a creator business, handled so you're not doing it at midnight.
A small number
of accounts, on purpose.
Identities are kept private, on and off the roster. Figures below are illustrative of the kind of trajectory we build toward.
